'Harmonious'

'Harmonious' exudes a warm and positive energy.

Music has always been part of my life, from playing the cello at school to becoming a sound engineer when music was often the glue that held the programme together. Little did I know that work life would come crashing to a halt after just ten years due to increased epileptic seizures in the daytime. But I count myself lucky to have music continue in my life through my husband and son.

Painted in Artist Grade acrylics on a deep edged canvas. Using a catalyst wedge to cover the canvas in blue paint, before applying music and fixing with Liquitex paste. I then took a paint brush and added splashes of red and yellow, finishing with drizzles of fluid acrylic paint poured straight from the bottles.

I have framed it in a plain beech wooden floating frame, but it is easily removed should you wish to choose your own.

It is signed on the front with its name and my full signature on the back, and will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

As usual 20% will be donated to The National Brain Appeal
