'Hold Your Breath And Focus'.

This piece began in the same way as all of my paintings, doodling loosely on the canvas swapping hands and letting creativity flow. However I then turned my easel horizontally and, having chosen a colour palette, dribbled acrylic inks and fluid acrylics. This formed the base. Once dry the easel was put back into its vertical position, and with a palette knife I applied a glazing paste and heavy bodied acrylic paint. 

I realised that during this latter part of the painting process I'd been holding my breath whilst focussing on where to apply the paint, hence the name.

Unique contemporary artwork made with acrylic on canvas,  protected by an anti-UV varnish to give it excellent longevity. The edges of the work are painted for an aesthetic rendering, a frame is therefore not necessary. A hanging system is set up on the back of the work, you only have to put a nail on the wall.

It is signed on the front ASPEN with my full signature and the name of the painting on the reverse.

 It will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. It will be sent wrapped in glassine paper to protect the front, corner protectors held on by cling wrap, encased in bubble wrap and packaged in double-walled cardboard.
